Please make sure that you reach the venue at least 30 minutes in advance, as the registration may take some time. The conference will start at 9:30 on 4 July and at 9:00 on 05 July 2024.

CLOAKROOM

Please note that one cloakroom is available and is located on the 5th floor (Panoramic Hall level).

The organisers will be delighted to offer the following catering to participants:

WELCOME COFFEES will be served on 04 July from 8:30 to 9:30 and on 05 July from 08:30 to 09:00.

BUFFET LUNCH will be offered on both days.

A WELCOME COCKTAIL will be organised on 04 July from 19:30 to 21:00.

On the evening of 04 July, all participants are invited to a guided tour at Magritte Museum from 17h45 to 19h30 (entrance: 2 Place Royale, 1000 Brussels).

To go to Magritte Museum, participants will be requested to gather at the entrance of the conference venue (3 Coudenberg, 1000 Brussels - see plan above) at 17:15 – right at the end of the last session of the day. The event organisers will then accompany the group to the museum (3 mins by foot – see itinerary below). A cloakroom will be available to leave your bags and coats at the Magritte Museum. Alternatively, you can leave all your personal items at the Square cloakroom and that they can remain there until the end of the cocktail reception.

After the guided tour, all participants are invited to a welcome cocktail starting at 19:30 at the Panoramic Hall, 5th floor of the event venue (3 Coudenberg, 1000 Brussels - see plan above).

Please make sure you always keep your participant badge visible, as security officers will check badges at the entrance of the Museum and again at the entrance of the venue for the welcome cocktail.

The organisers do not reimburse transport costs. Please read below the different types of transport to get quickly to Brussels city centre.

The Central Station of Brussels is a short walk across the Mont-des-Arts public gardens. All main tram, bus, metro, and train lines converge here, as well as the fast train from Brussels International Airport.
